A partire dalla fine del mese di luglio sarà disponibile il programma completo di "Molte fedi sotto lo stesso cielo" edizione 2011, sia sul nuovo sito www.moltefedisottolostessocielo.it che in formato cartaceo. Per il momento un'importante anticipazione: venerdì 30 settembre 2011 alle ore 21.00 presso il Palacreberg (Bergamo, via Pizzo della Presolana) ci sarà il concerto di NOA, nota cantante israeliana.

Solo per questo concerto sarà possibile prenotare anticipatamente i biglietti: da lunedì 11 luglio a venerdì 22 luglio sarà infatti possibile acquistare i biglietti solo presso la sede delle ACLI (Bergamo, via San Bernardino 70/A), dal lunedì al venerdì dalle 9.00 alle 13.00, lunedì, martedì, giovedì e venerdì anche dalle 14.00 alle 18.00. Sarà possibile, sempre in tali date, prenotare i biglietti via mail, scrivendo all'indirizzo moltefedi@aclibergamo.it, e passare poi a ritirare i biglietti entro 48 ore dalla prenotazione. Le prenotazioni per il concerto apriranno poi a partire da lunedì 29 agosto.

Noa is Israel's leading international concert and recording artist. Noa, whose family is originally from Yemen, was born in Tel- Aviv in 1969 with her given name Achinoam Nini. She lived in New York City from age 2 until her return to Israel alone at the age of 17. Larry Fine’s tenure at the Jewish Federation, the central planning, community relations and fund raising body for the Jewish community, has been notable for its enhanced consensus among Jewish leadership and community partners, and by successful fund raising, including the 2006 Israel Emergency Campaign and special campaigns on behalf of Soviet and Ethiopian Jewish immigration. Among many other achievements, The Federation, with Fine at the helm, has enhanced support and programming for families and teens; the Federation introduced “public space” Judaism, hosting Jewish community events in public institutions. Fine has overseen two successful demographic studies that have helped chart the community’s course. He is highly sought after as a media spokesperson on issues concerning the Jewish community and speaks widely on Israel and the Middle East on area campuses and for church and civic groups.

The opening event will take place at the Rochester Riverside Convention Center, 123 E. Main Street. The format will be new this year. The evening will begin with dinner, consisting of gourmet grazing stations catered by Main Event Caterers of Englewood, NJ, from 5:30 - 7:00 PM. The program and performance by Noa kicks off at 7:00 and will include a special presentation by Kathy Manning, Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Jewish Federations of North America.

Cost for the evening is $60 per person. A minimum gift of $500 to the 2012 UJA Federation Campaign, strengthening Jewish life in Rochester, Israel and throughout the world, is suggested.

Noa's concert in Sofia (Bulgaria)

Israeli singing duo Mira Awad and Noa, who represented Israel in the 2009 Eurovision Song Contest in 2009, will be coming to Bulgaria to perform at Sofia's NDK Hall One on September 20 at 7.30pm.

The duo performed a song called There Must be Another Way, a piece interpreted as a plea for reconciliation between the two sides in the Palestinian-Israeli conflict.

The song won a place in the Eurovision final on May 16, and eventually finished in 16th place with 53 points

Bulgarian fans of the pair will be particularly thrilled because Mira Awad's mother is Bulgarian and she has referred to Bulgaria as "her second home".

Awad, an Arab-Israeli, is a full citizen of Israel, based in Tel Aviv, who says she feels "Palestinian by nationality" and "Israeli by citizenship". Awaḍ was born in 1975 to an Arab Christian father from the Galilee, a physician by profession, and a Bulgarian Christian mother. Aside from her singing career, Awad has also appeared on stage in the Israeli interpretation of My Fair Lady.

Known in Israel by her given name Achinoam Nini, Noa is Israel's leading international concert and recording artist. Born in Tel- Aviv in 1969, Noa lived in NYC from the age of two until her return to Israel alone at the age of 17. Her family is originally from Yemen.

Two of the Israel’s most emblematic singers, the Jew Noah and the Palestinian of a Bulgarian origin Mira Awad, will perform for the Bulgarian audience. They sing as a duet for several years sermonizing peace and understanding. The stars will present their world greatest hits in the National Palace of Culture’s Hall 1 on occasion of the visit by the Mayor of Tel Aviv, Mr. Ron Huldai, the Day of Sofia and the Jazz FM Radio’s 10th Anniversary. The concert in Bulgaria is organized by the Cantus Firmus in collaboration with the Lir Consultants and supported by the Metropolitan Municipality.

di Simona Gionta - Dal 16 al 18 settembre per il terzo anno Formia riprenderà i suoi costumi romani, come per magia ritornerà a galla il sentimento di appartenenza al territorio che sembra assopirsi durante il resto dell’anno. Tutti ci ricorderemo e andremo fieri dei monumenti e la città sembrerà a tutti davvero speciale.

Anche questo sono le Notti di Cicerone, manifestazione a carattere locale, provinciale, regionale, nazionale ed internazionale ma quest’anno soprattutto comprensoriale. Questa sembra essere la parola chiave della presentazione della manifestazione svoltasi questa mattina presso il comune di Formia.

Il festival di archeologia e cultura si allarga anche ai comune di Gaeta con il mausoleo di Munazio Planco grazie alla collaborazione con il Parco Riviera di Ulisse nella veste del commissario straordinario Mitrano e Minturno con il complesso archeologico ed il teatro romano. Non mancheranno le consuete passeggiate in montagna, il sistema di bus navette e i battelli, le degustazioni, le visite guidate ai monumenti (compresa la Torre di Mola da poco riaperta al pubblico), i laboratori per bambini quest’anno aperti anche agli adulti, lezioni di storia all’aperto e mini lezioni di latino. Nelle tre notti ci aspettano grandi sorprese: il 16 la cantante israeliana Noa in concerto, il 17 è in programma la notte bianca dell’archeologia con rievocazioni storiche, una sfilata in costume nel centro di Formia e animazioni nelle tre città che ospiteranno la manifestazione. Piazza della Vittoria si trasformerà in un antico mercato romano. Il 18 nella cornice dell’area archeologica del mausoleo di Cicerone verrà consegnato il Premio Internazionale Cicerone ad Alberto Angela per l’importantissima opera di divulgazione storica portata avanti attraverso la televisione e i suoi libri sull’antica Roma.“Quando ci mettiamo le cose le sappiamo fare bene. Attraverso questo marchio stiamo avviando una promozione dell’intero territorio con una strategia complessiva di rilancio turistico secondo metodi innovativi. Il discorso comprensoriale lo dovrebbero avviare le istituzioni e in particolare la Pro Loco. A Formia è presente ma di fatto non si muove e, così, siamo costretti a inventarci le associazioni”, afferma l’assessore regionale Aldo Forte. La speranza è quella di puntare nei prossimi anni non a concentrare tutto in un grande evento ma a creare un filo conduttore per tutto l’anno. Soddisfatto anche l’assessore alla cultura del comune di Formia Amato La Mura: “Abbiamo ormai costruito il personaggio, abbiamo riportato i fasti del passato nel presente ed è un grande merito. Abbiamo sfatato il mito di una città che sta sempre seduta”. Dopo le 21000 presenze raggiunte nelle scorse edizioni il presidente dell’associazione promotrice Amici di Cicerone Riccardo Campino sintetizza cosa il festival rappresenta per il nostro territorio in primis: “Una manifestazione che valorizza e rende consapevoli del patrimonio a disposizione, rinnova l’appartenenza alla comunità, porta un risveglio culturale, risvolti turistici e la collaborazione tra le diverse associazioni unite da un contributo assolutamente volontario”.

Dal 25 agosto al 22 settembre musicisti di fama mondiale si esibiscono al Kursaal di Merano, durante le Settimane Musicali Meranesi, il più importante festival di musica classica in Europa, che si presenta con un ricco programma di musica jazz, pop, vocale ed ovviamente classica.

Un festival poliedrico che quest'anno presenta alcune novità: un concerto notturno e un cliclo intitolato vox humana. Accanto alla tradizionale sede, il Kursaal, ci saranno altre esclusive sedi: il teatro civico, Castel Tirolo, Castel Scena e il Pavillon des Fleurs.

Almost twenty years after Rachel and Leah (1993), Achinoam Nini returns to the Israel Festival, together with her musical partner Gil Dor, in a premier performance marking the release of her exciting new album, based entirely on renditions of Israeli classics. The performance includes Bereshit, Yesh ey-sham, Makom le-de'aga, Zecharia Rachel, Hayu leilot and many other well-known titles.

The arranger and composer Ilan Mochiach is the musical director of the concert, which is accompanied by the Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra.

Achinoam Nini, better known by her international stage name Noa, is one of the best-known Israeli singers in the world. Nini has collaborated and performed with leading names, including Sting, Stevie Wonder, Carlos Santana, Al Di Meola, Annie Lennox, Mercedes Sosa, and many others. She also gained fame when she performed before Pope John Paul II.

Achinoam Nini comments: "For many years, I only performed Israeli 'classics' very rarely. Now, after eight original albums and countless performances in Israel and around the world, I feel happy, confident, and ready to take on this new challenge. Gil Dor and I have chosen some of the beautiful and moving songs that have influenced us over the course of our own lives."
